FACILITY/SITE SECURITY ASSESSMENT

This service module will focus on interior and exterior physical security components. A security assessment will identify specific areas of interest to include: immediate areas of concern, areas for concern or discussion, and areas requiring additional assessment. Observations, opinions, and recommendations will be provided.

POLICY AND PROCEDURE ASSESSMENT

Corporate documents are reviewed for current, consistent, and relevant information. It is understood the policies are intended to aid in the safety and security of employees during an emergency or crisis situation. Maintenance of these procedures are essential to reducing corporate liability.

SITUATIONAL THREAT ASSESSMENT

Assessment is based on a specific threat or incident to determine the viability of the threat. Assessment utilizes a comparison of known information as it is applied to the liabilities and risk involved. This security assessment offers professional suggestions and recommendations to provide a foundation for necessary action.

FIRST RESPONDER ASSESSMENTS

An assessment of the “readiness” of the First Responders responsible for a specific client or institution. It is important to understand the level of training, preparedness, and abilities of the emergency services responsible for a specific response as it relates to an active shooter. Includes a review of any pre-planned response or coordinated efforts between relevant agencies.
